We meet in person to understand your style, the feel of your home, and your goals. We also consult on possibilities within confines of the home’s current design. Many contractors will come in with a tape measure and tell you how much your vision will cost to execute. We are different, our goal is to understand you, your style and your goals first.

During our in home meeting, we came to a common understanding of your existing space and style, and what the goals are. Based on that,I’ll create an estimate based on your list of wishes and your budget. Then we meet again to go over the estimate together. If everything looks good, I collect a signature

After our consultation, wish list review and estimate, it’s time to join our METRO R3 design family, collect a small deposit, get you on the schedule and get to work on creating your new dream space Concept Design.

All designs and budget are now signed off. We'll make final design adjustments, and scheduled the start of your project.
